Why is There No Support from Whmcs

I just purchased a license and there is no support from them.

I believe they think you know everything about Whmcs, well I do not.

I made 3 tickets to them and not one was answered, they refuse to answer anything. I think they want you to pay $30 to get support.

I did not move to this to get this ridiculous service.

I am paying for a monthly service, so give me some kind of support.

I think everyone should leave this company until they fix this no support issue.

I think the same I waiting 2 days to get a response from them and i have other ticket have not response since Feb 2017 that how much they care they clients

Me too over 24hrs now. unfortunately there is "other" out there.

3 days here and 2 responses, not resolved...

I think they want you to pay fast support to make money.

While I agree with you guys about the support, I do understand that some people will use the program and know everything they need, so they pay a small price.

For others paying a little more is worth the support option.

If there is no contract, maybe pay for support for a month, get some quicker help and then cancel that service the next month ( just a thought ).

You can do this during a change, or install etc so they are there in your time of need.

But NO DOUBT it's frustrating when we can't get a question answered.
