kerrya Posted March 24, 2017 Share Posted March 24, 2017 We have two servers connected to WHMCS In the first case, we fill out all the connection details and double or triple check them. But when we click the "test Connection" button it just sits and spins forever never connecting. It the second case we fill out all the connection details and the test connection works immediately but when trying the "Login to WHM" button on the Servers page it errors out saying "this site can't be reached". In both cases IP's and names have been checked and re-checked. They are correct. Any ideas of what's going on? Thanks for any help.
