Do I need upgraded scripts after upgrading to php 7?

Recommended Posts

We are currently on WHMCS 7.1.1. As recommended by WHMCS, I would like to upgrade from php 5.6 to php 7, but after I do, a lot of modules don't work with the error along the lines of "script is not compatible with php 7" and that I need an upgraded script version. What can I do about that?

Thanks for any help in advance :)

Hi,

All the official modules included with WHMCS are fully PHP 7 compatible. If you have added after-market customisations or modules, you will need to check with the individual vendors to see whether their code is already compatible or an update is available with PHP 7 compatibility.
