  1. I have been messaging you everyday for 2weeks to say are you ready to do the design, all you had to do was say yes and ill go order the product - just like how we have done business before. I asked you for 1 quote and said I will still purchase but will be delayed a month everything else you quoted for I ordered. You're more than welcome to contact me to work this out, ball is in your court.
  2. I have ordered so much from you? a theme and loads of modifications, including email templates and what not. I just spent the last 2 weeks asking you to code more email templates and you don't reply. simple mate, I wouldn’t suggest you to anyone.
  3. Hello, I spoke to Brian a lot a few months ago and he ended up doing some work for me, I went slightly inactive and therefore didn't see a few messages from him. I owe him money, and therefore the only way to get in touch with him would be via this thread. I'm also unable to tag the chap.
  4. Hello, Paying someone to create a custom email template based on a design I have, it's pretty simple so shouldn't be too challenging for the experienced. I require this ASAP. Kind regards, Jamie J M
  5. Hello, For @edvancombr and anyone else who might want to do this. This code was provided by WHMCS directly so I take no credit. Create a hook with the below code: <?php use WHMCS\Database\Capsule; add_hook('TicketAdminReply', 1, function($vars) { $newAdmin = 'NEW NAME'; if ($vars['admin'] == 'System') { Capsule::table('tblticketreplies') ->where('id',$vars['replyid']) ->update(['admin' => $newAdmin]); } }); Any problems more than welcome to contact me.
  6. Hello, Happy New Year! I’m trying to get the auto response ticket poster to have a different name. Currently it’s named ‘System’, I’m looking to change this. WHMCS said this is only possible via a custom hook which changes looks at the poster and checks if it’s ‘system’ if so then it changes it. any ideas?
  7. Hello, i want a panel in which is separate from WHNCS which lists all pending tickets and then allows Staff members to click on them and provide support. I want it to track how many tickets each Staff member has completed and how many replies they have done. Many thanks
  8. Thanks! Will take a look. Already contacted you with no response yet.
  9. Hello, I trust you’re well. I’m looking for a developer to create a new add on, this add on will allow reselling of our services. Payment provided. I will provide more information upon contacting me, please include another form of contact. Many thanks
  10. Hello, Basically I got a website that has a few buttons at the top 'Create account' and 'login'. Upon the client logging in I want it to change too 'view all services' 'view all invoices' 'view all tickets' 'dropdown' (has a few extra buttons like change password and logout etc). I also want to completely remove the nav bar from WHMCS as I won't use any of it and instead rely on the top few buttons which I just spoke about. So in all honestly is this possible and should I put my outside website inside WHMCS and then put WHMCS in my public_html directory? If I could call someone and speak to them in person either on Skype or phone call that would be great as I don't think I explained this that well (aha) Anyway thanks in advance for any help and obviously anyone go do this will be paid
  11. Thank you very much, have a good week

  13. Hello, Has anyone found a livechat plugin which works from within the WHMCS admin panel? I feel that if someone made this plugin and sold it for $10 / month it would under cut all the other live chat services and will be a big hit. if something like this already exists then please send me a link! Thanks in advance! Kind regards, Jamie J M
