  1. Ver 7.1 intalled! Ioncube loader was not the needed version. All working fine now. Thanks for the insight
  2. Hello, I'm having a problem while trying to upgrade to 7.1.1 from 6.3.1 Manual upgrading. I uploaded all files replacing old files and when I go to the admin area to trigger the upgrade I only get a blank page. I went back to backup files 6.3.1. It works fine. I uploaded the files again in order to proceed with the upgrade and I have the same problem, blank pages. I went to backup files 6.3.1 and it works fine. This morning I deleted all files on the server and uploaded the 7.1.1 files thinking there could be some old files conflicting with new ones. Blank pages again. I had to go back to backup files again. What could be happening here? Thanks in advance for your help.
  3. Thanks for your great help. WHMCS really needs to have more relevant and accurate documentaton! It does not matter if the user has to type login info, what really matters is the user being taken where he/she needs to go!
  4. Bah, When hiding the item from the sidebar it produces a blank page on any other client area page.... Too bad for WHMCS

  6. Does not work. Still showing incorrect domain when trying to login to Webmail.
  7. Hello, We are using 6.0.1 and came to our attention that the links on the Clients Product Details to login to cPanel and Webmail do not work correctly.   9. Hello, We are getting this error since we upgraded to V.6.0: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1203] User already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections Never had that problem before and we have not changed any setting on the server. All help greatly appreciated. Regards, JPMaster

What is your schedule of renewal notices? We have WMCS software installed to manage our clients. We have 5 scheduled notifications in this order: 60 days prior to expiration date 30 days prior to expiration date 15 days prior to expiration date 10 days prior to expiration date 5 days prior to expiration date 5 days post expiration date (sent manually) since WHMCS has no option for this. 2. How do you determine to whom the notices are sent? Notices are sent to the registrant's email account registered within our clients' porfile in WHMCS. Also, most of our clients have hosting packages with us which include the registrarion and renewal of the domain name. 3. Renewal notice template: Just copy/paste your Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice template IN ENGLISH 4. Describe your process for logging renewal notice notifications. Emails sent to our clients are stored in the WHMCS database which is backed up daily and kept on our server. We also back it up once every 15 days manually and keep it on a hard drive locally in our office. ============================================================= Make necessary adjustments to fit your needs.   12. Stay with your bank! From personal experience 2Checkout is a pain the behind. I was FORCED to issue a refund by them stating the transaction was a "possible fraud". I issued the refund and it turned out I owe 2Checkout the comission they "lost" when the refund was made. Get as far away as possible and stay clear from them. Regards, JPMaster
