This is exactly what we have to do according to gdpr. all information has to be deleted. this has a high fine, a lot of annoyance and other consequences. whmcs simply did not work properly here and has a huge problem with the eruopean data protection act. either we will improve the system or whmcs is not usable for the eruopean area anymore due to the sanctions we get as a company.

It is easy to delete them from database. There is no hook.

Oh boys. Sure a hook can help for everything. You can buy a simple software and modify it 3 years and it could do everything you need too. So please, no problem or? This is not the solution of this problem! So if WHMCS gives updates with new functions it is not the solution to modify or create hooks again to use them. The only solution is that WHMCS reacts here and publish an update which is gdpr confirm and works as we need it in europe.

Sure, but you see actually the problem and there is no other solution for it. A hook doesnt help here. So we have to do it this way.

You should delete the user in your database. 😉

The only possibility is currently to delete via database. It is incomprehensible why WHMCS does not improve here. It is GDPR technically a catastrophe. A customer has his account deleted and the user is still there. No go.

round about 200 mb found it. But it is the first time i edit a cron. So i have to edit the daily cron and make a new cron with only database backup right?

Hey brian!, thanks for fast answer. I wrote you a message. In admin view you are able to describe a task. But the client cant see it in frontend. Should it be so or is it a error by our template? Other question for new project management. Is it possible to create tasks that only staff member can see? Or is it possbile to create tasks and hide them from client? Should be for brainstorming or something like that.
