Got it fixed, thanks for all your help everyone . Our website uses automatic redirect to https:// in our .htaccess so by changing our "WHMCS System URL" from https to http, all issues related to clients not being able to login with the correct password & password reset page not working has been solved.

Hey, After upgrading to the latest whmcs from v6 it seems that my password reset page has stopped working - I've tried following guides saying to replace the pwreset.tpl and pwresetvalidation.tpl files but still having no luck Any suggestions guys?

Done it and it worked - - - Updated - - - The "reply" button also started working! - amazing how one line of code can make so much difference

Nope there isn't a link in header/footer.tpl's' that contain that /js/whmcs.js

Hmm, I seem to be having more issues.. this time with the "My Products & Services" section, if a client clicks on one of the products that they buy, then it doesn't let them click on it - same with "My Invoices" page too, the invoices cannot be clicked on Any idea
