  1. I did not update yet, thank all the gods, but if this does not get fixed we will not be able to use WHMCS anymore in the near future.
  2. Yes we gave up on this , just like we gave up on many other errors or un-wanted features , still not fixed, after all the years passed 😞 Also new errors now, with the new update/s, just going to live with it ,until we can find a better billing solution, for now we re stuck with WHMCS & the cPanel clan.
  3. Look at the "error_log" file in your WHMCS install folder, it should show at the end of the file why your page is not loading with date and time included.
  4. Hi Andrew thank you kindly for your time taken to help me. I Use Vivaldi Browser, but tests on Firefox & Chrome are the same blank popup. I Do use SSL yes. Version of WHMCS is latest 7-4-1 PHP is 5.6 Switching from TinyMCE to CKEditor with a plugin I installed after having trouble with TinyMCE is a work around but not a solve for my problem. I appreciate your time taken to help us with this problem.
  5. I have the same problem TinyMCE shows only a blank popup if you want to add picture or HTML or find etc...
  6. I know other software that works with cPanel solved this issue by making the password longer than 16 characters. I am just saying it might be easier to add a optional setting to force passwords to be longer than 16 characters in WHMCS...
  7. Hi, if you talking about the logo on the webpage, you will need to edit the header.tpl file in your template, lets say we use template six: /home/username/public_html/templates/six/header.tpl Find the code: {if $assetLogoPath} <a href="{$WEB_ROOT}/index.php" class="logo"><img src="{$assetLogoPath}" alt="{$companyname}"></a> {else} <a href="{$WEB_ROOT}/index.php" class="logo logo-text">{$companyname}</a> {/if} Replace with: {if $assetLogoPath} <a href="{$WEB_ROOT}/index.php"><img style="width:100%;max-width:330px;" src="{$WEB_ROOT}/templates/{$template}/img/logo.png" alt="{$companyname}" /></a> {else} <a href="{$WEB_ROOT}/index.php" class="logo logo-text">{$companyname}</a> {/if}
  8. If you want to add the Extra fields for OS etc.. you need to select the "Custom Fields" tab in the Product Edit screen to add extra fields etc.. Greets Wolf
  9. You might be right that the function was intended by WHMCS to work as it currently does. Not that it works for the customer now. Yes something definitely changed , as we use the voting on our site regularly to improve articles everyday, now it does not make it easy for a user to show us what they like in one session anymore, BUT I will follow your advice on editing the knowledgebasearticle.tpl (Thank you)
  10. Version 7.2.2 let you vote once and said thank you, but if you refresh the article or re-load it again, you could vote again on the same article.
  11. Thanks Brian! for your always in depth and thoughtful answers on this forum and taking the time that you do. It is sad, as it did work fine before v7.2.3 Thank you for the LO Override tip, I will use that in the time being, until its decided if it is a bug or a feature
  12. This is a good read about file permissions for you: https://www.buycpanel.com/need-know-file-permissions/
