  1. First create the reseller package in WHM and then reference it in WHMCS being sure to use the same syntax.
  2. This really is a great piece of work that I shall certainly wish to use when I am ready. I love it! Meanwhile, an idea or two for your consideration: 1. Award points for all those occasions when a client does not contact support but, instead, self-solves their own problem by searching the Knowledgebase? 2. Award points for each month where no support is required? 3. Award points for clicking any specified link? Follow on Twitter, FB, visiting support Wiki or whatever. (Lots of possibilities here) 4. Award points manually for any reason - good reviews, site of the month or whatever? 5. Award points for any desirable, pre-specified cPanel usage - 'strong' passwords, etc? 6. Award points for pre-specified CPU, inode usage, etc? Basically incentivising awareness and self-responsibility. 7. Award points for converting to GoogleApps (manually)? (Server load and email management reductions.) 8. Award points for opting in to receive regular promotional emails? Anyway, these are just a few ideas off the top of my head on-the-fly whilst working and I apologise in advance if I have missed any specifics already mentioned above or misunderstood what is already available/planned, etc. All in all, just so much potential, the mind boggles. Subscribed!
  3. It seems that every page of your WHMCS installation invokes the following, annoying, popup WARNING message about feedburner having an invalid certificate: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/402/pensawebssl.jpg/ I imagine that would make the average user feel pretty wary? Best wishes.
  4. I use GoogleApps though currently do not integrate that with Outlook because it is so slow and resource intensive. Are you addressing this with your ap?
  5. tbh I am a little surprised not to see a whole host of others posting with the same error as it is suspected to be the outcome of recent updates to server software. I have the same issue though with Softaculous which has sudenly started to be affected in the same way. To the best of my knowledge, all 3rd party software which is ionCube dependent is affected. This is currently being investigated and I will update this when I have a fix. In the meantime, John is on the right track.
  6. Hi Mo. No comment on your template as that is already covered above. The WHMCS integration works well anyway. I did, however, notice a minor glitch on your web hosting page which lists the first price incorrectly as follows: Pay by the year and $ave $87.001 Year @ $7.25 ($87.001 is incorrect) $142.80 2 Year @ $5.95 $178.20 3 Year @ $4.95 Best wishes.
  7. Know what, if this supported multiple identities I'd probs snap it up. The thing it is an increasingly common requirement these days as people realise more about how useful Twitter can be as a tool. I have several branded accounts so need to use a client that handles that, currently, Tweetdeck and hootsuite. The former is my favourite although hootsuite, being browser based, is a hot candidate for replacing it. Would it be possible to integrate hootsuite instead? Just an idle question really. Nice mod idea btw maybe just a tad ahead of its' time? If I was Matt, I'd be tempted to build it in and step ahead.
  8. This is one of those improvements that I hope makes it to the core release because it just should be there plus with an optional switch. So I'll say thanks, too Si.
  9. Hi chrcol. I must have had a blonde moment the other day. In fact, this mod has no bearing at all on the server status monitor that you see in WHMCS admin area and I should have remembered that immediately. It only modifies what the client sees. That being the case, this mod appears to be working fine for you. It is a separate issue that you have and I recommend firing off a ticket to Matt and crew to resolve it. By the way, the admin version is a different type of display anyway. Sorry I didn't twig this straight away. I'm glad you wanted to remove the php.info link because many don't and it's a bit dodgy to have it there really, as you know.
  10. Ah thanks for explaining. I have moved on from relying upon WHMCS for server monitoring from an administrative point of view and now use Nagios for much more meaningful information. If you are on a shared hosting environment, for better monitoring than WHMCS (or this mod) affords you, the server status in WHM / cPanel will give you visual clues far better than this humble little mod will. This is really just to change what your clients see. But, it has been so long since I first made this thread that I forget where I was coming from at the time. And my original images that showed what I wanted have disappeared. Check post #1 and you'll see. It would be convenient, superficially, to only have to look in the WHMCS admin area for this information. But that, I now realise, is simply asking too much of it. It is not a server monitoring application. Nagios is. I apologise that I can not remember what it was initially I tried to help people with in the admin area. If you could upload a screen shot it will remind me and I will do my best to help you. Best wishes. Chris.
  11. I am sorry to read this Dean. I thought your site had a genuine role to play with lots of potential. Best wishes.
  12. This works fine in 4.1.2. I am not sure what you mean by 'the admin status page'? This server status is for clients to view in the Client Area of WHMCS when they click on the Server Status link.
  13. roflmao. How many threads do you need http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=24645 on the same subject?
  14. Ummmm........hello? Have you seen post #2? It does work well doesn't. he he. I bought it when it first came out.
